Medical Receptionist

Radiant Radiology are located at the Northern end of the Gold Coast and Logan, with clinics in Pimpama, Ormeau, Yarrabilba and Elanora. We are a busy Radiology clinic who are currently seeking part-time and full-time medical receptionists with experience in Radiology, to work between our Ormeau and Pimpama clinics. We also have roles available in our Yarrabilba clinic.

Duties:

• Answering calls and making bookings for multiple modalities including Ultrasound, CT, X-ray and Interventional Procedures - prior experience in Radiology bookings preferred. 

• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail;

• Able to multi-task under pressure;

• Ability to take direction;

• Medicare and private billings;

• Assist the Doctors with injections from time to time (training provided);

• Must be a team player;

• Must have Radiology experience;

• other duties as required to keep the practice running smoothly.

About you:

You must have experience working within a Radiology practice. Comrad/Scanaptics and Inteleviewer experience highly regarded. 

Working alongside a team of other great reception staff and technicians, you will be reliable and ready to hit the ground running.  You will be required to think on your feet and navigate through this role which requires strong organisational skills and a calm and friendly personality to our varying patient demographic. Compassion and empathy are required in this role along with a willingness to learn. Possible opportunities for growth within the company for the right candidate. You will be available to work between 7:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration will be based on experience.
