As a Learning Advisor, you'll help parents find the right tutoring support for their children through phone-based sales conversations. You'll receive warm, qualified leads—no cold calling, no door knocking, no travelling.

• Engage with parents to understand their child's learning needs

• Deliver confident, consultative sales conversations

• Hit and exceed sales targets with energy and determination

• Take feedback well and continuously look to improve

What we're after

If you've been successful in door-to-door solar, fundraising, or other face-to-face sales roles, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll also have:

• Proven success in a target-driven B2C sales environment

• A competitive, driven mindset—sports or performance backgrounds thrive here

• Strong numerical and communication skills

• A mature, coachable attitude with the motivation to grow

Previous phone sales or education sales experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll teach you the product—you bring the sales mindset.

• Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions—first-year OTE around $100K-$110K, with top performers earning up to $140K
