We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to play a key role in growing our business with established and new accounts. ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be pivotal to our business. This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, deliveries and operational support.

The main focus of this important role includes:

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

• Provide exceptional service and product advice to customers (full training will be provided).

• Deliver products safely and professionally to customers.

• Consignment and stock rotation at customer sites

• Accurately pick, and pack daily deliveries

• Accurately complete sales paperwork in a timely manner

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5.00pm (40-hour week) with Rostered Saturday mornings (paid at penalty rates)

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

To be successful in this role, you will need the following: 

• Licensed and confident to drive a manual vehicle essential

• Forklift licenced (or willing to obtain) preferred

• Physically fit & able to lift heavy items repetitively

• Able to build strong customer relationships

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Computer literacy for reporting and customer management

• Able to have fun while working hard
