Oversee pool, lifeguard, and food & beverage teams, while managing compliance, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver a safe, high-quality, and commercially successful resort environment.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational leadership role
• Proven experience in team leadership, workforce planning, performance management and cost control
• Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change effectively
• Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
• Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
• First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable)
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operational environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
