Electrician

About the role

ME Engineering Group is looking to take on a qualified Electrician with at least 5 years’ experience.

The role will require the candidate to undertake fault finding maintenance, installation and commission different types of electrical equipment.

Experience in installation, maintenance and fault finding on the following areas are essentials;

• General electrical work

• Inspect and test

• Switchboard and Distribution board

• VSD and BMS control.

• Commercial lighting

• Cable installation and termination

• Dry Fire Installation and FIP commissioning

• Work on Air conditioning units

Experiences and training in the following area are highly regarded;

• UPS, Switchroom and PLC control installation

• Experience in “Dry” Fire

• Working at Height Training

• Work in confined Space training

• High-risk work training

About you

• At least five years industry experience

• Dry fire experience will be highly regarded

• Western Australia “A” grade electrical trade certificate and licence

• Current driver licence

• Able to pass D& A test and Police Clearance

• The ability to read and interpret drawings

• Attention to detail

• Focus on good client delivery and good relationship building skills

• Good communication skills with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

• Commitment in building the business through a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
