ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to provide maternity leave cover within the Shoes & Sox marketing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for creating and rolling out creative assets across multiple channels, including EDM, website, paid digital, social media and in-store collateral. The role will also provide design support for the Harrison and Volley brands within the Brand Collective footwear portfolio, so experience working across multiple brands is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work to tight deadlines and confidently deliver high-quality creative that aligns with brand guidelines, while balancing creative thinking with commercial outcomes. This is a 7-month FTC with scope to possibly extend beyond that.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, social, eCommerce and retail channels
• Create EDMs, digital ads, social content, POS, campaign assets and promotional material
• Execute creative aligned to seasonal campaigns, Go-To-Market plans and brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Digital teams to interpret briefs and deliver engaging creative outcomes
• Support photoshoots, creative development and campaign asset planning
• Coordinate with Merchandise and In-house Production teams on briefing internal flatlay shoots
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure creative accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
• Maintain and evolve creative templates, asset libraries and evergreen design resources
• Support ad hoc creative projects including packaging, signage and retail collateral
• Contribute ideas that elevate the Shoes & Sox visual identity across all customer touchpoints
• Adapt and roll out campaign creative across multiple channels and brand identities, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout
• Provide design support for Harrison and Volley footwear brands to deliver high quality creative that aligns with brand guidelines.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, footwear, fashion, lifestyle or other consumer-facing brands
• Strong proficiency across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong creative eye with excellent typography, layout, brand execution and artwork accuracy
• Experience designing across digital, social, eCommerce, paid media and print/retail channels
• Strong understanding of retail campaign execution and adapting creative across multiple touchpoints
• Experience working across multiple brands, with the ability to switch between distinct brand identities while maintaining consistency
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver to tight deadlines
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback, with a proactive, positive and solution-focused approach
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creative quality with business objectives
• Exposure to After Effects, Canva or Monday.com highly regarded
• Experience supporting photoshoots and campaign rollouts advantageous
