Graphic Designer - Maternity Leave Contract

 At Eureka Furniture, you'll be part of our in-house Creative Team, creating high-quality marketing assets that support two leading furniture brands—Eureka Furniture and Olive Grove Furniture—across more than 50 stores from Cairns to Victoria.

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Graphic Designer to join our team on a 14-month maternity leave contract.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Team, you'll take ownership of a diverse range of creative projects across print and digital channels. From weekly eDMs, and social media content to catalogues, POS, billboards, website assets and large-format signage, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands and campaigns to life.

This is a hands-on role suited to a designer who is confident managing projects from concept through to final production, has a strong eye for detail and understands the fast-paced demands of retail marketing.

About You

• A confident and highly capable Graphic Designer with relevant industry experience.

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experienced in both print and digital design, with strong knowledge of print production and large-format artwork.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Able to take a project from initial concept through to finished artwork with minimal supervision.

• Creative, commercially minded and able to understand how design supports marketing and sales objectives.

• Confident communicating and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.

• Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously as well as within a team.

• Experienced in retail, e-commerce, furniture, interiors or a fast-paced consumer environment — highly regarded.
