Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join Savills Sydney team on a maternity leave contract. This role is key to how Savills presents itself across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to turn briefs into polished, impactful design, while delivering output of a high‑standard. Your contribution directly supports our ability to win business, strengthen our brand, and maintain consistent and standout visual communications.
What You’ll be Doing
Developing and delivering high-quality design assets across print and digital channelsDesigning and producing marketing collateral, including brochures, proposals, presentations, reports, social media assets, advertisements and event materialsEnsuring all creative work aligns with Savills brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across Australia & New ZealandWorking closely with marketing, communications and business stakeholders to bring briefs to life and meet project objectivesAssisting with the management and organisation of creative assets and brand resourcesPreparing artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers where requiredSupporting the ongoing development and enhancement of templates, design systems and branded materialsManaging multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

You are not afraid to get into the weeds and look for process efficienciesYou thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise multiple deadlinesYour time management and communication skills are exceptionalYou have proven experience utilising global brand guidelinesYou have an advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and are comfortable using Canva and MS OfficeVideo editing skills an advantage
