• We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers with experience working with people living with Intellectual Impairment and Mental Health challenges to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented support to help participants attain their goals and thrive in the community
• Provide assistance with community access and social participation
• Providing practical and emotional support to participants, helping them navigate daily life activities and develop life skills
• Implementing participants' support plans and maintaining accurate documentation in line with the organisation's processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with other community services and professionals to ensure coordinated supports.
• Advocating for mental health inclusion and support; engaging in crisis response

Job Requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $36.81 – $45.28 per hour
