We're partnering with a well-established Sydney firm looking for a motivated Senior Accountant who's ready to step into a Supervisor position. If you've been mentoring junior staff, managing your own client portfolio, and are looking for genuine career progression, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Role

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across a range of industries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for all entity types.
• Provide tax planning and business advisory support to clients.
• Mentor and review the work of junior accountants.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners while developing your leadership skills.

About You

• 4+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice.
• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion).
• Strong technical knowledge across tax compliance and business services.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ready to progress into a Supervisor role.
