Senior Business Services Accountant

The Opportunity

• Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to client queries.
• Assist with tax planning, structuring and advisory matters.
• Gain exposure to CGT, Division 7A and broader tax compliance work.
• Review work completed by junior accountants while providing mentoring and support.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

About You

• 3+ years' Australian Public Practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently studying.
• Strong Business Services and Tax capability.
• Solid technical knowledge across tax compliance, CGT and Division 7A.
• Confident communicator with experience building strong client relationships.
• Experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting systems.

This role would suit an experienced Intermediate Accountant ready to step into a Senior Accountant position, or an established Senior Accountant looking for an excellent salary, great flexibility, stronger client exposure and genuine long-term career progression.
