About the role
As a member of the Business Systems team, this position is required to provide operational support, administration and continuous improvement of Council's business applications and associated systems to ensure reliable, effective and efficient service delivery across the organisation.
Reporting to the Technical Lead - Applications, you will work closely with business users, vendors and technical teams to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, resolving incidents, supporting enhancements and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and application functionality.
This role involves application administration, troubleshooting, testing, system enhancements and stakeholder support, while contributing to the ongoing optimisation and integration of Council's enterprise systems. You will also support project initiatives, system upgrades and continuous improvement activities that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered across Council.
Utilising your technical expertise, problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach will be pivotal to your success as you help maintain and improve the business systems relied upon by teams across Wyndham City.
