Contact Centre Agent

Our busy clinics in the Greater Western Sydney region are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their team based in Campbelltown. 

Your role will be a combination of handling a high-volume of inbound calls and supporting with online appointments, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive bookings experience for their diagnostic procedures. 

This is a Full-Time position where you will be required to be available for 7.6 hour shifts between the times of 7:15AM to 5:15PM Monday to Friday.  

What will you be doing:   

• Be the first point of contact for patient interaction 
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care 
• Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency 
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers   
• Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers

Key selection criteria:    

Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)   

Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems   

Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment 

Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
