Studio Manager - Joy In Movement

We are seeking a driven, people-focused Studio Manager to lead our Wollongong and Bellambi studios.

J.I.M is Australia's first fully automated infrared training studio - combining the benefits of pilates, yoga, strength and functional movement with beneficial infrared technology. With no instructor required in the room, our tech-powered 30-minute sessions run every hour from 5am till 9:30pm daily, delivering members better results in less time.

As Studio Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, lead the member experience, build a genuine local community, and drive the studio's ongoing growth and performance.

• Lead the studio's culture, ensuring every member interaction reflects our standards

• Manage day-to-day studio operations, including administration, memberships and stock

• Deliver exceptional service to members and prospective members, responding promptly to enquiries

• Drive local sales and marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones

• Running member challenges, celebrating milestones and hosting studio events

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and safety across the studio

• Work with our team to create and manage social media content to build the studio's local presence

• Contribute insights and recommendations to support the studio's strategic direction

• Proven ability to build strong culture and community

• A confident, engaging personality with genuine energy and a strong work ethic

• Comfortable and confident in sales conversations

• Previous experience in social media content creation beyond personal use

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• A genuine passion for health and wellness, reflected in your own lifestyle

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously to meet KPIs

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Able and willing to work across both studio locations (Wollongong / Bellambi)
