Studio Manager

About the Role

Lead our Ascot Vale studio, teach classes, and build a team you're proud of. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves running a tight ship, coaching people up, and creating a studio clients love walking into.

What You'll Do

• Run the studio day-to-day and own its performance – sales, retention, class utilisation, client experience

• Roster, train and coach a team of trainers alongside the Head Trainer

• Teach a regular class schedule and set the standard for the team

• Manage the employee lifecycle, records and compliance

• Convert enquiries into trials and memberships

• Build local brand awareness through partnerships, events and social media

• Track KPIs and use data to keep improving retention and sales

What You'll Bring

• Leadership experience in a client-facing environment – fitness, hospitality or retail

• A genuine love of teaching group fitness or Pilates

• Comfort driving sales and hitting targets

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport fast

• The confidence to work autonomously and own outcomes

• Current Pilates qualification (min. 100 hours), or willingness to obtain one
