Production Estimator

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join our team. This full time permanent position will see you:

• Complete new Home Estimates, providing quality assurance checks on all pre-site documentation. Including New Home contracts, Colour Selection schedules, Variations, Working Drawings and Engineering Plans. 

• Complete on-site post contract Building Variations.

• Ensure Production Estimates are completed and maintained within allocated timeframes.

• Provide support to the Estimating and Building teams in the day-to-day functions.

• Liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors.

• Send Purchase Orders and relevant job documentation to Suppliers and Sub-contractors.

• Maintain Bill of Quantities and Price File, as directed.

• Adhere to all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

The Person

• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar Estimating role within residential construction.

• Trade background or relevant qualifications (Cert III in Carpentry and/or Cert IV in Construction and Building) highly regarded.

• Previous experience utilizing Estimating software such as Databuild and Framework highly regarded.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to work within a team environment.
