Multi Site Cafe Manager - Tweed City

We have an exciting opportunity for you as an experienced Multi Site Manager.

This is a 7-day operation with some early starts required.

The Position

We are looking for a Multi Site Store Manager to fulfill a full-time position, who has experience in the food retail/hospitality industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate candidate who has had management in a similar busy role.

In this 'hands on' role you will be responsible for managing high volume store operations, including:

• A small team of customer service staff

• Sales growth

• Stock ordering and control

• Staff recruitment, selection, and training

• Store opening and closing duties

In addition to having experience in a similar role, this position will suit someone who has strong communication skills, a team player and for those who thrive in a bustling and busy environment.

Being highly organised, punctual and reliable, plus being able to multi-task, are also key traits needed for this role.
