Cafe Manager & Assistant Manager Roles, Adelaide

Cafe Store Manager & Assistant Manager required for SA store locations. 
5-day Monday - Friday rosters, day-time trading.

Applicants must have extensive food and coffee knowledge.

Minimum 5 years' experience and proven success in similar type operation is essential.

Hands-on operators are sought to manage the day to day running of individual stores and be leaders to develop successful teams and maintain a high levels of organisational efficiencies.

Applicants must be driven and passionate about supplying a great customer experience every time.  You must have excellent communication skills, possess the ability to create a solid team and be able to lead by example.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, sales and rosters.

• Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and targets.
