Senior Sales Executive

Techpay Australia is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our teams in Sydney and our new Melbourne office in Alphington.

These are senior industry positions.

We are specifically looking for proven sales professionals with significant experience in Managed Print and/or Business Telecommunications who can bring their industry knowledge, sales experience and ability to win new business from day one.

Techpay Australia is a growing Australian technology solutions provider specialising in Managed Print, Cloud Telecommunications, Managed IT and Audio Visual solutions.

We work with businesses across Australia to simplify their technology, improve productivity and consolidate multiple technology requirements through one provider.

With continued growth across NSW and Victoria, we are looking to add experienced senior salespeople to both our Sydney and Melbourne teams.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating, developing and closing new business opportunities.

This is a genuine new-business sales position.

We are looking for experienced industry salespeople who are comfortable prospecting, opening doors, getting in front of decision-makers and managing the complete sales process through to close.

You will be responsible for:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Securing and conducting face-to-face client meetings
• Engaging with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
• Reviewing existing Managed Print and/or Telecommunications environments
• Analysing supplier invoices, agreements, contracts and existing costs
• Identifying commercial and technology opportunities
• Developing and presenting compelling solutions and proposals
• Negotiating and closing new business
• Managing opportunities from initial contact through to signed agreement
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities across Techpay's wider technology portfolio
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales targets

What We're Looking For

Managed Print and/or Telecommunications industry experience is essential.

To be considered, you must have:

• Minimum 5+ years' B2B sales experience
• Proven sales experience specifically within Managed Print and/or Business Telecommunications
• A strong track record of winning new business
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills
• Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Confidence presenting to business owners and senior decision-makers
• The ability to generate your own opportunities
• A proven ability to negotiate and close
• A self-motivated, competitive and results-driven approach
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performance sales team

Experience across both Managed Print and Telecommunications will be highly regarded.

An Experienced Industry Hire

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are not looking to train someone into the Managed Print or Telecommunications industry.

We will provide training on Techpay's products, systems, suppliers and internal processes, but you will be expected to bring your industry knowledge and sales experience with you.

We want someone who can join the business, understand how Techpay operates and hit the ground running.
