About the Role
Regulatory professionals undertake an assessment of matters in line with agreed processes and NDIS legislation. They also use decision making capability and work within a defined regulatory framework and risk prioritisation model aligned to organisational policy and procedure.
The Senior Regulatory Officer is responsible for managing complex matters via a triage, assessment and escalation. The role also provides support to the Assistant Director through the mentoring and guidance of other team members.
