External Sales Representative

Specfast Fyshwick supplies the products that keep workshops, construction businesses and industrial customers running.

Backed by Synergy Construction & Industrial Supply Group and Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, you’ll have the support of a national network while still operating in a fast-moving local branch.

This role suits a natural hunter with a big personality who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and chasing opportunities. You’ll split your time between growing established accounts and bringing completely new business into the branch, with a strong internal team behind you to handle the day-to-day support.
  
What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing customer base across Canberra
• Open new accounts and drive new business
• Build strong relationships through regular face-to-face visits
• Identify opportunities to increase sales across your territory
• Work closely with the internal sales and warehouse team

• Previous external sales experience, ideally within fasteners, industrial supplies, or a related trade industry
• A confident, extroverted personality
• Comfortable approaching new customers and building relationships face-to-face
• Self-driven, proactive and motivated by winning new business
• Current driver’s licence and full working rights required
