Permanent part-time opportunity | Logan Youth Step-Up Step-Down Program Join our multidisciplinary Youth Step Up Step Down (SUSD) team and use your clinical expertise to support young people experiencing mental health challenges. This is an opportunity to provide person-centred, recovery-focused care while working collaboratively with young people, their families, carers and other health professionals.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality mental health and discipline-specific clinical services within the Logan Youth SUSD Program, supporting young people throughout their recovery journey.

• Provide clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, education and discharge planning within an interprofessional team.
• Manage an allocated caseload, applying evidence-based practice and sound clinical judgement to achieve positive consumer outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with young people, families, carers, health professionals and community stakeholders.
• Contribute to clinical education, supervision, quality improvement and research activities that enhance youth mental health services.

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative clinician who is committed to delivering safe, compassionate and recovery-oriented care to young people.

• Strong clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people and their support networks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to positive consumer outcomes.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, quality improvement and continuous learning.

This opportunity is open to Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Speech Pathologists who meet the relevant qualification and registration/membership requirements.

A Blue Card is required for non-AHPRA registered professionals, and a Class C driver's licence is required for the role.
