Posi-Track / Final Trim Skid Steer Operator

Dowsing Group is seeking an experienced Posi-track/Final Trim Skid Steer Operator to join our growing civils and hardscapes team working across Local Government and council projects.

This is a role that is focused on projects which include civils, hardscapes and earthworks, this role will suit someone who works well within a crew, and is looking for consistent, long-term work with a reputable company.

Dowsing Group is a leading civil services contractor that has proudly delivered exceptional quality projects since 1985. Today, our team of around 150 employees provide specialty civil sub-contractor services to major councils, LGA's and contractors in Australia and New Zealand.

Some of our services to Local Govt Councils include removal and reinstatement of footpaths/driveways/verges/kerbing, reticulation repairs, site clean and backfill using suitable materials.

Your role

Reporting to our Project Management team, the role is focused on projects which include civils, hardscapes and earthworks. You will be well supported by our Project Managers and site crews. You must have a strong work ethic, be reliable and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. Full-time work and good rates offered based on experience and skill.

• Complete required vehicle inspections

• Completing tasks set out by Project Manager and Supervisor

• Attend daily site prestart meetings with site crew

• Operate machinery required to complete jobs efficiently to a high standard

• Receive on the job training and growth in the company

Ideal Candidate:

• Operator with Final Trim experience (essential)

• Valid C class driver's license (essential)

• White card (essential)

• HC license (essential)

• Experience with Toyota Huskies and Posi-Track machines

• Strong commitment to safety

• An excellent work ethic and pride in your work

• Culturally aligned and able to work effectively in teams
