Working alongside the Senior Paid Media Manager and Digital Account Lead, you'll bring killer paid media strategies to life across Meta and Google, with plenty of opportunities to get stuck into TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn too.

Your days will look a lil' something like this...

• Bringing clever paid media strategies to life across Meta and Google.
• Launching, tweaking and optimising campaigns that deliver the goods.
• Teaming up with the Paid Media Lead and Digital Account Lead to bring great ideas to life.
• Throwing fresh ideas into the mix, testing new approaches and always looking for ways to make great campaigns even better.
• Getting properly nerdy with the numbers, spotting opportunities and turning insights into smarter campaigns.
• Stepping into more as you go, growing your confidence and having a bloody good team in your corner.

AND YOU?

• 3+ years of paid media experience, ideally agency side.
• Confident across Meta and Google Ads. If you've had a play in TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn too, even better.
• A strategic thinker who's just as happy in the weeds as you are talking strategy with clients.
• Commercially minded, curious by nature and always looking for better ways to do things. 
• Comfortable jumping into GA4, GTM and performance data to uncover opportunities.
• A great communicator who loves collaborating, sharing ideas and backing your team.
• Keen to keep learning, growing and having a bloody good time doing it.

Brands Media's recently settled into a shiny new home in Robina, just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

Of course, we'd love to find someone on the Gold Coast. But if you're based on Brisbane's southside and thinking the commute might rule you out, don't write this one off just yet.
