Front of Brewery Supervisor (Full-time and casual roles)

We're looking for a passionate, people-focused and motivated Front of Brewery Supervisor to join our BrewPub team. This is a hands-on supervision role where you'll work alongside the team, deliver exceptional service and create the welcoming atmosphere that BentSpoke is known for.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceptional food and beverage service

• Supervising and supporting food and beverage attendants during service

• Creating a warm, engaging and inclusive atmosphere for guests

• Training team members and promoting a positive team culture

• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service

• Ensuring operational procedures, liquor licensing requirements and safety standards are followed

• Working closely with bar, kitchen and brewery teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous hospitality experience and the ability to supervise a small team

• A current ACT RSA

• A passion for craft beer and hospitality

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A positive, hands-on leadership style

• Excellent presentation and professionalism

• A reliable work ethic and commitment to quality

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
