Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, and validating customer service applications.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Automation Testing experience.
  
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, or similar automation tools.
  
• Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.
  
• Experience in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain (IVR, CRM, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, or Omnichannel platforms).
  
• Good understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
