Co-Agent / Real Estate Sales Agent

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to work alongside our Lead Agent and become an integral part of a busy and growing real estate sales business.

You might already be working in real estate, or you might be a standout salesperson in another industry looking for your next move. Either way, if you know how to build relationships, chase opportunities and turn conversations into business, we want to hear from you.

This is a role with genuine earning potential. You’ll step into an established business with active listings, a strong pipeline, an extensive database and the support around you to succeed. If you’re ambitious, prepared to put in the work and want to build a serious career in real estate, there is plenty here to chase.

We’re looking for someone confident, driven, organised and genuinely good with people. Someone with sales instinct, plenty of initiative and the hunger to do well.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus commission, giving you the security of a salary with the ability to significantly increase your earnings as you contribute to the team’s results and generate business of your own.

• Helping manage listings and campaigns from appraisal through to settlement

• Building strong relationships with sellers and buyers

• Managing inspections, feedback, offers and follow-up

• Pre-qualifying sellers and potential listing opportunities

• Attending appraisals, open homes and private inspections

• Following up appraisal and pipeline opportunities

• Prospecting, hot spotting, referrals and working our database for new business

• Identifying and developing your own listing opportunities

• Taking ownership and keeping things moving
