From the initial consultation through to a fixed-price proposal, our New Project Advisors are supported by experienced estimating, administration, a dedicated in-house permit team and dedicated Client Coordinators.

Once a project is approved, our Client Coordinators work closely with our construction team to ensure the solution you've sold is delivered as promised. This allows you to focus on what you do best—helping new customers, building relationships and generating new business—rather than becoming tied up coordinating the construction process.

About the Role

As a Project Adviser, you'll meet with customers in our Ballarat showroom and on-site to understand their needs, provide expert advice and guide them through the design and planning process.

This is a consultative sales role where building relationships is far more important than high-pressure selling.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting customers in our Ballarat showroom and on-site.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Preparing professional proposals and fixed-price quotations.
• Following up qualified customer enquiries.
• Working closely with our administration, estimating and construction teams.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to the completion of the sale.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoys building relationships and helping customers achieve the best outcome.
• Is an excellent communicator and active listener.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Computer Literacy – A competent understanding of Emailing, Office Suite and other general computer skills is a must.
• Holds a current Victorian driver's licence.
• Is motivated, reliable and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Experience within the building, construction or steel industry is an advantage but is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
