Whether you’re leading teams on site, driving project delivery or championing safety excellence, you’ll play a key role in delivering infrastructure that benefits communities for generations to come.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the HASLIN team, you’ll help deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards by:

• Delivering projects on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Driving excellence in safety, quality and environmental performance.
• Preparing and implementing project-specific WHS, Quality and Environmental plans, ITPs and Safe Work Method Statements.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring contractual compliance.

Our engineering team will also be responsible for:

• Managing procurement of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, including FRP, electrical and mechanical packages.
• Contract administration, including progress claims, variations, RFIs and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
• Preparing monthly project reports, forecasting and cost management.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people and delivering projects that make a difference.

You may be an experienced Manager, Engineer, Site Supervisor, Leading Hand or HSE professional looking to take the next step in your career.

You’ll bring:

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, including water or wastewater treatment facilities, industrial buildings or other complex infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project delivery.
• A solid understanding of WHS legislation and Quality and Environmental Management systems.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (required for Engineering positions).
