As a WHS Officer, you'll play an essential, hands on role in managing and improving workplace health and safety at Dubbo Regional Council. Combining the diversity of outdoors and office-based work, you'll identify and analyse risks and hazards and ensure the development of appropriate documentation and solutions to promote a work environment that allows all workers to thrive. You'll also have the opportunity to actively contribute to safety initiatives, performance improvement and foster a positive safety culture. By immersing yourself into interesting, diverse challenges, you'll continually refine your skills and shape a dynamic career.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $76,485 to $88,889 Plus Superannuation
