In Full, On Time) performance. Interpreting detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, plans and technical specifications to determine fabrication requirements Measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, and assembling steel, pipes and other metal materials for fabrication Cutting and processing materials using appropriate workshop equipment. Setting up and operating fabrication equipment, including cold saws, band saws, drill presses, overhead cranes, and sling loads.

Fabricating structural steel, pipework, and other metal products using fabrication machinery and hand tools. Performing MIG welding and other welding processes to assemble and join metal components. Operating fabrication machinery, including grinders, drills, saws, and other workshop equipment.

Inspects completed fabrication work to ensure it meets drawings, specifications, quality requirements and project standards. Repairing and modifying metal components as required. Completing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and workshop equipment.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment while adhering to workplace health and safety procedures. Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to complete fabrication projects efficiently and within scheduled timeframes. Qualification & experience Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication, Engineering Fabrication, or a related discipline, or at least three years of relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualifications.

Proven experience in metal fabrication. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Competent in MIG welding and the use of fabrication machinery and hand tools.
