As our HSEQ Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the systems, processes, and initiatives that help keep our people safe, our operations compliant, and our workplace culture strong. Working closely with our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality team, you’ll help coordinate training, maintain critical management systems, support engagement activities, and ensure important information flows smoothly across the business. About the roleThis role supports our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality team by coordinating, support safety initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement across administration, compliance activities, training, reporting, and internal communications. You’ll help maintain key systems and documentation the business. Support HSEQ onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions.Maintain HSEQ management systems, risk management documentation, and compliance records.Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and documentation to support HSEQ activities and business reporting requirements.Coordinate training, workshops, team events, and engagement initiatives that promote a positive safety culture.Manage HSEQ databases, internal communications, and continuous improvement projects across the department.What you'll bringYou’ll bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’re a confident communicator who enjoys supporting people, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a safe and compliant workplace. Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards obtaining it).Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence preparing professional documentation and communications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and manage HSEQ systems and databases.Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HSEQ, compliance, safety, or a related environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentialityWhy join IOR?Approaching each day through our values of Innovation finding solutions, Our Communities serving people, and Reliability getting results, our team is focused on delivering what really matters to our customers.
