Hully Foundations is looking for Piling Labourers to join our growing team.

We are looking for people with previous piling or construction experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a crew delivering a range of piling and foundation projects.

If you already have piling experience, we want to hear from you. We are also open to experienced civil and construction labourers who are keen to build their skills and develop a career within the piling industry.

The Role

Working alongside our Supervisors, Operators and piling crews, you will be involved in the day-to-day delivery of piling and foundation works across our projects.

Your duties may include:

• Assisting with driven, bored and CFA piling operations.

• Supporting piling rig and excavator operators during site works.

• Assisting with the setup, movement and pack-up of piling equipment and materials.

• General labouring associated with piling, foundations and civil works.

• Assisting with reinforcement, concrete and foundation works.

• Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment around site.

• Using hand and power tools safely.

• Assisting with plant and equipment mobilisations and demobilisations.

• Maintaining clean and safe work areas.

• Participating in daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings.

• Working closely with the crew to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.

About You

We are looking for people who are reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in piling, foundations, civil construction or general construction labouring.

• Piling experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.

• A current White Card.

• Experience working around heavy plant and machinery.

• A strong understanding of site safety and the importance of following safe work practices.

• The ability to work well as part of a crew and follow direction.

• A good work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the job.

• The flexibility to work across different project locations and work away when required.

• Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Forklift or plant tickets will be highly regarded.
