Junior Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager to join our team full-time.

About the Role

Working with our Projects team, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of projects from planning through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects.

• Liaising with clients, trades, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinating project schedules, materials and site requirements.

• Monitoring project progress, deadlines and key deliverables.

• Assisting with project documentation, variations, procurement and reporting.

• Supporting Site Supervisors and the wider project team to resolve issues as they arise.

• Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assisting with project handovers, defects and close-out requirements.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• 2 years’ experience in project coordination, junior project management or a similar construction role.

• Experience within commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment or property services.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Good working knowledge of construction processes and project delivery.

• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, trades and subcontractors.

• Current driver's licence.
