We are actively looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by designing how HubSpot should work for our clients across their entire customer journey. Your expertise will ensure their portal is architected to the way their business actually runs, that their data structure supports them as they grow, and that their team is confident and capable in the system once it is live.This role is currently a 4-5 day position for someone with HubSpot and solutions architecture experience to join the team. Your responsibilities include
Running discovery sessions and architecture workshops with clients to understand their business, their data and their customer journeyDesigning HubSpot architecture end to end, including object models, custom objects, lifecycle and pipeline design, automation and reporting structuresMapping processes and customer journeys, then presenting them back to clients for live feedback so they can see and shape the solutionGetting hands on where it counts, building demos, testing solutions and proving out approaches before they go to the wider teamGuiding clients at the pace they need to move, while keeping a clear view of what becomes possible for them laterScoping and directing the build with our CRM implementation specialists, then QA'ing what has been built against your architectureRunning post implementation training and enablement, and creating the guidance and documentation that makes it stickBringing AI into how we work, both in sharpening our own processes and in identifying where it can genuinely help a client across their customer journey
About you
You have in-depth HubSpot experience. You understand the platform's limitations and what sits behind each subscription tier, and you design accordinglyYou have a strong grasp of data structures and custom objects, and can translate a complex business into a clean modelYou are experienced and comfortable in front of clients, running discovery, facilitating workshops, presenting solutions and managing stakeholdersYou are confident running training and enablement sessions and answering questionsYou have are able to manage and oversee an implementation from first conversation through to handoverYou work well independently and collaboratively, with the handover discipline that makes a small team workYou are genuinely interested in AI and where it fits, both for us and for our clientsYou are curious about how businesses work and enjoy solving complex problems for themYou care deeply about about everyone's success
Experience with process mapping in Miro or similar, and a good understanding of how integrations work and AI usage/ applications are all well regarded.
