Role Description
The Solutions Architect role at MITPO is a remote, contract position focused on designing and implementing technology solutions that support AI-driven data enrichment, CRM optimization, and scalable customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, defining solution architectures, and ensuring integrations between AI services, CRM platforms, and other business systems are robust and secure. The Solutions Architect collaborates with consulting and delivery teams to map business processes to technical solutions, document system designs, and oversee solution implementation. This role also provides guidance on best practices, conducts technical reviews, and supports troubleshooting to maintain performance and reliability of deployed solutions. The position requires strong communication and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.Consulting experience with clients, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution recommendation.Hands-on Software Development experience in relevant languages and frameworks, with the ability to review and guide implementation.Integration expertise with APIs, data pipelines, CRM platforms, and third-party services.Business Process understanding and the ability to align technical solutions with operational workflows and strategic goals.Experience with AI, data platforms, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.Proficiency in documenting architectures, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
