Project Support Officer, Strategy and Planning - Cairns

The Strategy and Planning team leads the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that shape the future of healthcare across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service. In this position you will....

 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enable the review, development and proposals that promote strategic planning in Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
• Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential information and issues that arise within the Strategy and Planning Team and provide Secretariat support for high level/sensitive meetings.
• Provide high level, confidential administrative support to the Director, Strategy and Planning including the development, coordination and maintenance of systems and supporting documentation for correspondence, briefing notes, responses Ministerial papers as required.
• Assist with undertaking, planning, monitoring and tracking of Strategy and Planning deliverables and outcomes, including preparation of preliminary reports.
