Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the People & Culture (P&C) Manager works closely with the leadership team to deliver and implement people strategies. 

This is a key role for our organisation, and the P&C Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of all P&C functions. 

As the head of People and Culture, the P&C Manager will provide high-level advice and guidance on people matters, and lead a dedicated team across recruitment, payroll, learning and development, quality, safety and site operations.

Importantly, they will also ensure that the P&C function operates with integrity, efficiency and in alignment with AnglicareCQ's values and strategic direction.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to our People and Culture team across Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Onboarding, Quality, Safety and Site operations.
• Drive workforce planning and people strategies
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to provide expert advice on workforce performance, employee relations, culture, compliance and organisational development
• Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and service delivery
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, Learning & Development and site operations
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance within the P&C function.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related discipline). 
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
• Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
