City Electric Supply Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused External Account Manager to join our Welshpool team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key customers across the electrical wholesale sector while driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

• Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts.

• Create and implement strategic account plans to increase sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical product support and advice.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer networks.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate account records and provide regular reporting on customer performance and sales activity.

• Contribute to the achievement of branch sales objectives and broader business growth strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in external sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the electrical wholesale, industrial, or related sectors.

• A demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales growth targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-first mindset.

• A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel throughout the Bunbury and South West region.
