Beauty Therapist

Complete Skin & Beauty is a group of salons independently owned, but working together to form an amazing company keeping at the forefront of beauty treatment offerings & products for our clients and team. We acknowledge that our staff are the key to our success and treat them accordingly.

We are seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist or Senior Therapist to fill a casual part-time role, with the intention of growing to full-time hours within several weeks or months if desired. This is an ideal opportunity for a Therapist who loves all aspects of the beauty industry and is passionate about training, ongoing career growth and development. The minimum qualification required is Certificate 4 in Beauty with at least 1 year experience working in a salon.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive training in all advanced services we offer long-term, however prior experience or willingness to train in the following services will be essential:

* Lash Extensions
* Waxing including Brazilians (male & female)

Prior experience in lash extensions is preferred, however training will be provided for candidates willing to develop this skill.

Experience in the following services particularly would be an advantage but not essential:

* Advanced Skin Treatments (Dermaplaning / Skin Needling / RF Skin Tightening etc)
* Knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare (O Cosmedics / Neurocosmedics)
* Electrolysis
* IPL Hair Removal
* Cosmetic Tattooing
* Laser Tattoo Removal
* Plasma Fibroblast Treatments
* Teeth Whitening

Candidates must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

Applicant is highly recommended to have a "Maintain Infection Control" certificate as part of their qualifications. This is a separate qualification to the one included in the standard Diploma. This certificate is specifically for Skin Penetration treatments and allows you to perform services such as skin needling in QLD.
