Today, we operate three highly respected locations across Melbourne, producing some of the finest men's grooming services in the city. The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for fresh new crew to join our friendly, talented team! Choose the location that suits you - either our Berwick or Pakenham store. If you're passionate about barbering and want to develop further in this artistic field, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cut and style hair to client specifications with precision

• Provide exceptional men's grooming services

• Engage in friendly conversation and build rapport with clients

• Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring clients leave satisfied

• Maintain professional standards and quality finishes

• Contribute to our welcoming, enjoyable shop atmosphere

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified/experienced barber

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Professional who takes pride in producing quality finishes

• Trustworthy, confident, and reliable team player

• Must be available to work Saturdays

• Full Australian work authorization (role not eligible for visa sponsorship)
