APRA AMCOS is offering two exciting opportunities through our 2026 Board Observership Program:
Both participants will engage in a 12-month program designed to build experience and confidence in serving on a Board.

Why APRA AMCOS is Offering This
Our vision is to enable self-determination for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander APRA writer members and APRA writer members from underrepresented communities that have historically faced systemic barriers in the music industry. We aim to broaden opportunities and pathways, helping successful candidates gain governance skills and build networks to confidently pursue board and senior management positions in the music industry and beyond. This initiative also supports greater diversity and inclusion at the governance level within APRA AMCOS.
