About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care while leading and supporting care staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe & person-centred clinical care
• Perform clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
• Lead, mentor and support care staff
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with AHPRA and Aged Care Quality Standards

About You

We're looking for someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Recent graduates preferred
• NDIS Screening Clearance (required)
• Passion for person-centred aged care
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
• Flexible to work AM, PM and night shifts (weekdays preferred)
