DLK Advisory is a modern and progressive accounting firm based in the Melbourne CBD.  With around 30 employees, we recognise our success is a reflection of our people and our collective desire to consistently deliver quality service by ‘walking in our clients’ shoes’. 

Boasting a diverse mix of expertise, we provide both traditional business advisory services and virtual CFO support to a broad range of clients.   

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking to appoint multiple Accountants and/or Senior Accountant to perform a range of financial activities across a breadth of clients.

What does a typical day look like?

Every day at DLK Advisory is guaranteed to keep you engaged and challenged!  On any given day you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships 

• Performing a range of complex tax and business advisory based activities for clients

• Analysing management accounting reports and providing advice to clients

• Delegating and reviewing work papers completed by team members

• Fostering a culture of respect, empowerment and integrity 

The ideal candidate is someone with:

• Several years’ experience in professional services

• Bachelor of Business and CA or CPA qualification (or underway)

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and autonomously

• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
