Cafe & Bakery Supervisor – Full Time

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Cafe & Bakery Supervisor to lead our CBD location. This is an autonomous leadership role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in running a high-performing store.

About the Role

As the Cafe & Bakery Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our CBD bakery. You'll lead a small team, ensure every customer receives exceptional service, and maintain the high operational standards that Bondi Boulangerie is known for.

This is more than a supervisor role—it's an opportunity to build your own team, take ownership of the store and help shape its success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operation of the bakery.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Produce consistently excellent coffee and support the team during busy service periods.
• Work closely with the Lead Barista to maintain coffee quality and ongoing training.
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
• Receive and organise daily deliveries and stock.
• Maintain outstanding food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
• Ensure online orders and delivery platforms run efficiently.
• Drive sales through merchandising, product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Identify operational improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Bondi Boulangerie's values.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
