About the Role

Working alongside our Food & Beverage team, you’ll help prepare and deliver quality food while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety and service.

You’ll also play an important role in maintaining food hygiene and WHS standards, managing food costs and helping minimise wastage.

These positions work across a flexible 7-day roster, with approximately 2–3 weekdays plus one weekend day required. Wherever possible, hours will be allocated in collaboration with you.

About You

We’re looking for experienced chefs who are passionate about food, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in what they do.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
• A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
• A genuine passion for food and quality service
• Restaurant and/or banquet food preparation experience
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of kitchen protocols and food safety standards, including HACCP
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
