About the Role

As our Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. You'll work closely with our Head of Property Management and enjoy the support of streamlined systems including Property Tree (MRI), Inspection Manager, IRE, TAPI and FLK It Over.

We offer a competitive remuneration package of $80,000–$90,000 (inclusive of superannuation and motor vehicle allowance), depending on your skills and experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish.

• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports.

• Coordinate maintenance and follow through to completion.

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and compliance requirements.

• Handle arrears and tenancy matters in accordance with NSW legislation.

• Deliver outstanding communication and customer service.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in providing a premium client experience. You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio.

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher).

• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

• Current drivers licence plus reliable car available for work purposes.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• High attention to detail.

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude.

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
