Location: Advancetown, QLD

Salary: $80,001 - $100,000

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• Contributing to the planning, implementation and review of office services, including setting priorities and maintaining office service standards.
• Allocating human resources, office space and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Assigning work to administrative staff, monitoring work performance and providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Managing office records, financial accounts and administrative systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ensuring office equipment, administrative resources and supplies are maintained and available for daily operations.

• Ensuring all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.
• Coordinating personnel activities, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll administration, staff training and supervision.

  The successful candidate will possess:

• Diploma level qualification or above
• Minimum 3 year recent relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing administrative staff and coordinating office operations.
• Knowledge of payroll, records management, and administrative systems.
• Understanding of

Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and relevant Australian legislation.

• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gentu software.
