About the role

Nurselink Healthcare Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Bendigo. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents
• Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic care
• Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities to enhance their quality of life
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for residents

About you

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to person-centred care and promoting resident independence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly
