Experienced Medical Receptionist / Administrator

Experienced Medical Receptionist for a mixed billing GP and Allied Health clinic.

Are you a quick learner, proficient multi-tasker and experienced customer service provider?

We are a large, busy medical centre in the outer eastern suburbs looking to expand our reception team with a part-time Medical Receptionist.

Our team consists of GP's, Allied Health practitioners and visiting specialists. We offer extended consulting hours and weekend availability to our patients and pride ourselves on providing high quality healthcare to the community.

Our reception team currently consists of 10 staff members. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.

We are looking to expand our current reception team with a reliable and flexible Medical Receptionist who is highly motivated and professional at all times.

This position will include:

• at least one night (9:30pm close shift)
• at least one early start (7:45am open shift)
• rostered weekends

Flexibility with hours is essential.

Knowledge of Best Practice software package and General Practice experience preferred. The successful candidate will have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
